MOQ varies by species and format. For prawns, our minimum is typically 1 MT (one metric tonne) per size grade per order. Contact us for MOQ details on specific products.
Lead time from order confirmation to vessel departure is typically 2–4 weeks. Transit time varies: Japan/Korea 12–18 days, UAE 10–14 days, EU 20–28 days, Australia 14–20 days.
Standard documents include: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, health certificate, phytosanitary certificate and certificate of origin. Additional documents (e.g. GACC, halal) available on request.
